We are made out of energy and are connected to everything around us. The deepest connection is the one between our body, mind and spirit and a good balance helps us to be energetic and healthy, physically and mentally.

I am Sarah, a passionate human being in continuous motion towards personal growth. I want to help others to unwind energetical blockages, grow and feel balanced and connected especially with themselves and their needs. This is a place of non-judgement and love, since my core belief is that we are all same and at the same time all special in our own way.

Increases hip flexibility, loses up tension in the back and calms the nervous system. To work more on the hips and less on the back, keep the back straight without rounding it.
